El Corte de Madera Trail Work Saturday, June 18

(Mailing List Information, including unsubscription instructions are
located at the end of this message)

Friends

So little time, and so many projects. We may be digging a small reroute on the Methusela Trail, or clearing a slide on Resolution. Might even be draining the ECdM Trail. If you haven't sent your RSVP to Paul McKowan yet, please do so now at volunteer@openspace.org and let him know you'll be there to help. This is your chance to make your mark on some of the sweetest hand built singletrack in the Bay Area.

We are meeting at El Corte de Madera Open Space Preserve on Saturday, June 18 at 9:00am to work from 9:30 til 3:30. A short ride to enjoy our handiwork may follow, then off to Alice's to test the taps. Bring long pants and sleeves, and water and a snack you can carry on the trail. Some of us will ride our bikes in, and others will shuttle then hike. The Open Space District will provide tools and instructions, the shifting sands of the Santa Cruz Mountains will provide as much work as we can handle.

If you can't make the 18th, then sign up for July 16, our next, and possible last workday for this season. Your trails need you.
