Soquel Demonstation Forest Trailwork, Sunday January 22nd

Trailworkers,


We are keeping an eye on the weather for Sunday and at this point it looks like "a go" for trailwork on Sunday, January 22nd. Our meeting time is 8:30 AM in the parking lot off of Highland across the steel bridge. As usual, we will provide tools, gloves and something to eat. At this point it is a toss up as to whether we will ride in on the Ridge trail and make drainage and tread improvements, do some pruning and clear some downed trees or whether we will hike in on Ridge (with the same project objective, but we will likely cover less ground). I suggest that you bring appropriate equipment for both alternatives (e.g., bring your bike, appropriate ride gear, hiking boots and long pants). As usual, water and lunch are also a good idea.


We hope to see you on Sunday, January 22nd at 8:30AM.
