Monday Afternoon Skegg's Ride, 6-5 4:00

Riders


The Open Space District is closing Giant Salamander and El Corte de
Madera Creek trails at Skegg's this Fall, perhaps as early as July,
for rehab and realignment. They will remain closed for 6 to 18
months and be reopened as narrow flowing singletracks through the
trees. Join Berry and I as we take a tour of these two trails, and a
few others, this Monday, and experience them in their full "Before"
state. Also learn why and where they need to change.


We are meeting at Skegg's Point at 4:00pm, and riding until the
ranger stakes out Gate 1 (sunset), or thereabouts. Actual ride
route to be determined by vote, and is likely to evolve into a
separate slower, social group, and a faster antisocial group.


There may be a post ride celebration and lie telling at Alice's, or
Passion,depending on group interest.
