Howdy all you Passionistas,

This Wednesday the Weekly Wrides go off like always:
The FBG ride pedals gently away at 5:30PM
The Usual ride hits the streets promptly at 5:45PM
The Slow ride will roll out at 6:00PM.

Libations this week includes some fine malted beverages from the kegs, plus a sampling of bottled beers from around the state and the globe. Feel free to bring your favorite post-ride rehydration system for yourself and to share with others. Fatty and not-so fatty snax will be served to keep your taste buds happy and to wash away any offensive hoppy flavors your friends might foist on you.

Shop Schedule Highlights
--Next Wednesday on 9/19, we will be back with stories from our latest sold-out Downieville trip. Rides at the same time as this week, as above.
--On Saturday 9/22 we are partying with ROMP at the annual FREE ROMP Picnic during the day, http://www.romp.org/docs/picnic.pdf
and taking the train up to the City for a viewing of the film Klunkers at the Bicycle Film Festival http://bicyclefilmfestival.com/2007_site/sf/
--Between Sept 24-28, much of the staff will be out of town in Vegas for Interbike, the annual bicycle trade show. http://www.interbike.com/ib/index.jsp Expect the skeleton crew that stays behind to be a bit frazzled, and give 'em a break if you need help that week. This also means no organized shop ride on Weds 9/26.

Trailwork season is ahead of us!
In the next few weeks Patty will be setting up our winter trailwork calendar. Expect to get our spam seeking your hard-working body to tend to the trails we love so much. Passionate Trailwork will happen in Waterdog and Soquel Forest, and possibly up in Downieville too. Stay tuned, and toned. Good things come to those who know what a McLeod is, and how to use it.
